First out is ABROZ and DIALECTUS who bow to those in attendance and remind everyone that during these Infinity Challenge Survival Matches, only the final fall counts toward the team’s points but the winning team will earn one point for each individual person who has survived to the end of the match.

Bloodline d. Nitro via pinfall after a TOMAHAWK THRUST.
Gryt d. Bloodline via countout after a piledriver on the arena floor while Rotunda distracted the referee.

NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN #9
FOUR WEAPONS OF DESTRUCTION MATCH
Scimitar d. Plethador via submission when Plethador is unable to respond to a ten count! – ***** – Another amazing match between these two who may just be the two best performers in the GWF today after these NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN matches. Both men gave it everything in this match, but Scimitar outlasted Plethador and soon Plethador was unable to answer the ref’s count and the match was awarded to Scimitar who earned a whopping 6 points for his team!

At the end of the Infinity Challenge portion of the program, here are the current scores:

We cut to the back of the arena as a cruiser is landing and the door opens and SWARM, being helped by PAYBACK moves down the ramp gingerly. His arm and back are heavily taped, and he moves with wincing gasps as he heads to the locker room. As he heads to the LEGENDS OF THE RING dressing room we cut back to the ring.

MATCH #5
Tauran d. Coven Black via pinfall after a VICTORY STAR DROP. – ***1/2 – Good match between these two rivals but again, Coven Black cannot get the win. Tauran looked extremely good in this match.

MATCH #6
LAVA PIT MATCH
Endgame d. Paganax by escaping the Lava Pit after locking Paganax in the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR so hard, Paganax was unable to prevent Endgame from escaping. – ** – Endgame, as he has in the past, easily handled Paganax in this challenge. Many are wondering for all his bravado, if Paganax has the skills to beat Endgame at all.

MATCH #7
Hector The Holy Brown Bear d. Symbiosis via pinfall with a cross body block. – * – Almost a complete squash match. Symbiosis did get in some offense, but Hector easily dispatched of the newcomer.

MATCH #8
FEDERATION EXILE MATCH (4 CARDS)
Anivar d. Paralyze via pinfall after a cross body block. – **** – An amazing match and an amazing result! Anivar pulls a surprise move on Paralyze and gets the win! Paralyze is now out until Big Bang! Paralyze was furious! But he was able to escape before Anivar to reach for that disgusting, blood encrusted, bag Strafe was holding at ringside, but she and Paralyze were able to escape. Anivar grabbed the mic

ANIVAR: Paralyze! You’re gone, but I want you at Big Bang! And I want that pouch! You took pieces of me and I want them back! At Big Bang, you…me…ladder match, with that pouch suspended above the ring! Whoever wins gets it…for keeps.

PARALYZE nods and points at Anivar who throws down the mic and celebrates by raising his bandaged fingers while standing on the top rope.

MATCH #9
GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Phantasy d. Strafe via DQ when Strafe refused to stop brawling despite the ref’s warning. – *** – Good back and forth in the beginning but Strafe, obviously upset about Paralyze’s loss went into this to punish Phantasy despite the end result! It took several security members to get Strafe off of Phantasy and get order restored.

MATCH #10
INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Bishop Hell (II) d. Payback via DQ when Payback slammed Hell’s head into the guardrails at ringside. – ***1/2 – This one was as wild as most folks predicted. Payback couldn’t avoid his rule-bending ways and it cost him the match and the title.

GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
AETHRAN ULTIMATE ESCAPE MATCH
ULTIMATE FIGHTERS d. THE GLADIATORS in a pretty one sided match. – ***** – ULITMATE FIGHTERS just toyed with The Gladiators and wore them down completely until the inevitable.

Clinch d. Rush by escape (pinfall) when he hit him with the ULTIMATE COMBO K.O..
Shoot d. Turmoil by escape (submission) when he locked Turmoil in TAPPED OUT!

The Andromedan Arena erupted in cheers at the GLADIATORS’ defeat! The ULTIMATE FIGHTERS ran around the ring high-fiving fans and doing their signature arm gestures with the crowd! The ULTIMATE FIGHTERS celebrated all the way back to the locker room, truly dominant tag team champions! After a few moments the curtain parted and the place erupted as through the curtain stepped…SWARM!

For all the deafening cheers SWARM was receiving from his hometown fans, he was focused on the ring. PAYBACK was walking behind him. Also focused on the ring, obviously coming to ringside to support his friend.

SWARM had some trouble getting into the ring. But once he was in he was ready. For the loudness of the cheers SWARM received, when the curtain opened and SLY DRURY stepped through with the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP BELT. Several SECURITY SQUAD members followed behind as DRURY made his way to the ring, smirking. Once in the ring Drury asked the ref if SWARM had been medically cleared to wrestle. The ref answered he’d been strongly warned against competing tonight, but he was cleared. The ref called for the bell and we were underway!

MAIN EVENT
GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Swarm d. Sly Drury via submission making Drury tap out with the WASP TRAP! – **1/2 – The moment the bell rang Swarm TORE into Drury! The place went nuts! Swarm kept Drury so off guard he didn’t have time to signal to the Security Squad to get involved, though Payback was keeping a close eye on them! Move after move, Swarm took Drury apart! He locked him in the WASP TRAP in the center of the ring and no one was sitting in the arena anymore. The Security Squad looked around as Drury winced in pain and then…he tapped!

The place exploded! SWARM collapsed back to the mat as DRURY crawled to his SECURITY SQUAD who quickly escorted him from the ring. At the top of the ramp, they parted the curtain and there stood HECTOR who decked SLY DRURY who fell back into his SECURITY SQUAD! HECTOR pointed down at DRURY and then disappeared! The CROWD cheered loudly! DRURY and his crew stormed through the curtain to find him!

The camera cut to the backstage area as members of the roster celebrated. In TEAM ABROZ’S locker room MALKUTH, PANTHER WARRIOR and a, sitting in a whirlpool bath, PLETHADOR cheered. THE BETRAYER stood next to them shaking his head. Then in an unprecidented move we cut to a physical therapy room where none other than MONOLITH was training. He glared at the holo-screen with an angry expression and then he contnued his workout.

Back at ringside, PAYBACK grabbed the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP belt and climbed up into the ring and handed it to SWARM. He helped SWARM to his feet. During the match a few of SWARM’S wounds had reopened, but everyone could tell he didn’t care at all! He took the belt from PAYBACK and climbed the top turnbuckle to soak in the adoration from his fellow Andromedans! MANTIS ran to ringside and hugged his father tight! Then stepped back out of the ring and applauded all the way back to the back, pointing to his dad now and then.

SWARM then celebrated on all four corners of the ring. Loving the cheers. He then he turned and saw PAYBACK standing there clapping for him. He smiled and asked for a mic.

SWARM: You know, winning this belt, it’s…it’s everything. This is why I began training all those years ago. To win this belt right here.

He holds up the belt. The CROWD cheers.

SWARM: But you know, at the beginning of this year I was in a dark place. I was following orders from someone I didn’t know if I could trust and…well…luckily through it all I had a friend there to help me through the darkness. A friend who had my back. A friend who has me watching his back for all time. Packback, I love you man.

SWARM dropped the mic and walked towards PAYBACK and the two embraced as the roof lifted off the place. Then…they kissed.

The arena was instantly stunned into silence as the two men shared a deep passionate kiss. We cut to MONOLITH’S physical therapy room and he’s staring at the screen, jaw agape. We cut back to TEAM ABROZ’S locker room where PANTHER WARRIOR, MALKUTH and PLETHADOR stared at the screen dumbstruck. THE BETRAYER turned to them.

BETRAYER: What…you didn’t know? He’s dressed like a bee for crying out loud. Payback is the surprise for me.

We cut back to the ring. SWARM and PAYBACK broke their kiss and PAYBACK raised SWARMS hand and the applause started again, slowly, but built gradually to near the levels it was before!

Truly a historic night for many, many reasons here at SURVIVAL! SWARM and PAYBACK climb opposite turnbuckles to the cheers of the crowd as we…
