LAWLESS: Hello fans, it’s me, the best in the business, Trent Lawless here and welcome to Showdown! You know, it’s cliche to say that the electricity is so think you could cut it with a knife, but I’m going to say it anyway. Tonight, the electricity is so thick, you could cut it with a knife! There is a tremendous night of action planned and it’s all leading to the Main Event, the SHOWDOWN, between GALAXIAN CHAMPION Shayne and the current number one contender, Chaos Supreme! But first things first, we go to the ring where an interesting development is…well…developing! The last time the GALAXY’S FINEST was on the air, our program ended with Hector, The Holy Brown Bear, Tricks and Nosfera, members of the same team, brawling wildly with each other! Well it looks like nothing is settled because all three men are in the ring right now and I’m being told that this will be a TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH for control of the HOUSE OF PAIN! Can you imagine what hell Hector will put these guys through if he wins? Can you imagine what sick and twisted things Tricks will have them do if he wins? Can you imagine if Nosfera wins?! Enough imagining! Here’s the opening bell!
Tricks and Hector seem to have the same idea as they both grab Nosfera and fling him into the corner! He sails through the turnbuckles and right into the ring post! As Tricks laughs, Hector attacks him from behind and we have begun…

TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH

Tricks d. Hector, The Holy Brown Bear and Nosfera via pinfall when he hits a perfect cross body block from the top rope – ***
Tricks is now firmly in control of House of Paina nd a wicked smile slowly crawls across his face. Standing in the center the ring, he tells Hector to go collect Nosfera and take him to the back! Hector, reluctantly agrees! The mad clown smiles as all three men leave the ringside area! What does Tricks have planned?! Time will tell!
Tag team action coming your way next! THE CLOAK make their way to the ring with Magnus the Magnanimous. Nitro catches him the aisle.
NITRO: Big match tonight for Chaos Supreme. How do you think your man will fare?
MAGNUS: My dear boy, first things first. We have a lot of action to get to before that including THE CLOAK here destroying ULTRAMANTIS completely. But I will say this, “When your name is Supreme, the results are inevitable.”
Mangus give a deep laugh and follows his charges to the ring. Out next is UltraManits Black. He motions for Nitro to come over.
ULTRAMANTIS BLACK: Unfortunately, Mantis is sick and cannot wrestle tonight.
The crowd boos loudly, but hopes Mantis will pull through.
ULTRAMANTIS BLACK: I have talked to Euritar though and he says that THE CLOAK can take the forfeit win or this tag match can turn into a singles match and I’ll take on either Splatter or Code Destroyer.
The crowd loves this. Magnus and his men consult for a moment and then consult with the referee. The ref raises THE CLOAK’S arms and the official announcement is made.
THE CLOAK d. ULTRAMANTIS via forfeit when Mantis can’t compete – DUD
The crowd lays into THE CLOAK but they shrug it off, leaving the ring and smirking as they walk past UltraMantis Black. Splatter (II) leans over and grabs the mic from Nitro.
SPLATTER (II): We are a tag team. We wrestle tag team matches. And tonight, we won. Chump.
Splatter throws the mic back at Nitro and they leave with Magnus laughing behind them. UltraMantis Black shakes his head and leaves the ringside area.

The two men begin wrestling very scientifically, but after several nearfalls, the two start fighting dirtier! The action spills outside of the ring several times and that’s when it ends.
Endgame d. Crossfire via DQ when Crossfire bashes Endgame with a chair – ***
The crowd boos loudly! It would seem that so far, this card is not living up to the hype and the fans are showing their displeasure. Wiggy collects Endgame and helps him to the back. Crossfire and Magnus stand and look at each other for a moment and then Crossfire shakes his head and leaves with Magnus right behind.
The Aethran War Anthem fills the arena and Aethran Overmaster, along with The Leveler, come out to boos from the crowd. The march to the ring which has been outfitted for a FOUR WEAPONS OF DESTRUCTION MATCH. Aethran Overmaster looks impressive. We haven’t seen him since the match he had with Paralyze that he was injured in. As a side note, Aethran Overmaster awarded Paralyze one of the highest honors in the Aethran Army for injuring him, so apparently there’s no hard feelings! Overmaster stands in the middle of the ring and awaits his opponent.
The music cuts off but then, seemingly, states playing from the beginning again. It’s the same song, the Aethran War Anthem, but it’s somehow different. A note here or there is off. Minister of War makes his way to the ring with Magnus the Magnanimous at his heels. He’s grinning wickedly as he surveys the implements of destruction that are spread about the ring. He climbs into the ring and stands right in front of Overmaster. Minister of War is talking, but none can hear a word he’s saying over the buzz of the crowd.
The bell sounds!
Minister of War reaches up, grabs Overmaster’s head and bites him hard! Overmaster screams and we are underway!
The match is horrifyingly brutal. Far more brutal than just about anything the GALAXY’S FINEST has ever seen. Bothe men are bleeding from multiple places by the end.
FOUR WEAPONS OF DESTRUCTION MATCH
Aethran Overmaster d. Minister of War via pinfall with REIGN OF THE OVERMASTERS – *****
Both men are taken away on stretchers after the match and several minutes has to be spent cleaning up the blood and removing the weapons from the ring.
Once the ring is clear, Monolith heads out to the cheers of the crowd. It looks like he could care less if they cheer him or not. He climbs up into the ring. After a beat, Prime Colonizer heads to ringside with Lope, Swarm and Magnus the Magnanimous following. Prime Colonizer looks like he could care less about the boos raining down on him from the crowd. He climbs into the ring and the bell shoudns. Before the action though, Prime Colonizer asks for a mic.
PRIME COLONIZER: Monolith. Brother. For that is what you are, an Ani-Man brethren. I know you are not happy being on the side you are on now. I know you are not content leading the worst Ani-Man team in history. Do what Swarm did. Join me. Embrace your Ani-Man side. Help me form the New Ani-Men. The Superior Ani-Men. Who could stop us? Who could tell us no? Join me. Join us.
Prime Colonizer extends a furry hand towards Monolith. Monolith looks down at it then back up at Prime Colonizer.
PRIME COLONIZER: Fine. Then I shall make you join!
Prime Colonizer goes for and Andromeda Drop but Monolith catches him and hoisted him up in an armless airplane spin, slamming him down into the mat after and right into a pinning combination! The ref counts two and Prime Colonizer kicks out! What a start!
Monolith grabs Prime Colonizer and immediately hits him with CATASTROPHE! Magnus yells at Swarm and Lope who hop into the ring and begin pounding away on Monolith! The ref calls for the bell and the match is over!
Monolith d. Prime Colonizer via DQ when Swarm and Lope interfere – *
Monolith is able to easily overpower Swarm and Lope and he rolls out of the ring. In the ring the Superior Ani-Men stand at the ropes and yell down at Monolith! Prime Colonizer grabs a mic.
PRIME COLONIZER: You will join us Monolith! You will embrace your Ani-Man side and join us! I command it!
Monolith turns and walks away, knowing that he couldn’t win three on one.
The Superior Ani-Men as they are called yell at the crowd and then leave the ring with Magnus smiling behind them.
Lord Nexus is out next to the cheering of the crowd and he is followed by Payback. Nitro stops them at ringside.
NITRO: Lord Nexus, you saw what just happened in the last match involving Future Shock. Are you worried that’ll happen here?
LORD NEXUS: Worried? Son, this is Lord Nexus you’re speaking to. I ain’t worried about nothing. And hey, Future Shock, some of you’re guys wanna step up and get involved in this next match, I’ll be glad to step up and knock them back down on their asses!
The crowd cheers loudly as Payback and Nexus hit the ring. Out next is Payback’s opponent, Lope along with Magnus and Prime Colonizer. Payback mad-dogs them as they come to ringside. Lope climbs up into the ring and the ref calls for the bell!
They don’t call it a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH for no reason! These two tore up the arena! The finish came when Lope hit his finisher in the aisle amongst the screaming fans!
MILKY WAY FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
Lope d. Payback via pinfall after hitting HOWL OF THE WOLF in the aisle – *****
Lord Nexus and Prime Colonizer followed the action throughout the arena and kept a wary eye on one another. Neither man interfered though which surprised many where Prime Colonizer is concerned.
After the bell sounded, suddenly Monolith appeared and began attacking Prime Colonizer! The fans exploded. Literally. The ones near the action because, Prime Colonizer had a grenade on his belt and it fell off and rolled into the crowd. Anyway, Monolith and Prime Colonizer brawled all the way back into the locker room area as medics attended to the exploded fans. Or what was left of them.
The lights in the arena go out and when they snap back on, THE DESERTERS are standing in the center of the ring with Magnus the Magnanimous! The crowd lets them have it and Tharkas and Adam Traitor let them have it right back! Adam Traitor is waving a Nazi flag and Tharkas is spitting on the people sitting ringside. It’s a disgusting display any way you slice it!
Suddenly THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS’ music begins pumping through the speakers and Shoot and Clinch are hear, doing their crazy arm movements and playing to the kids in the crowd. She Devil follows them to the ring and THE DESERTERS are disgusted by how much the fans are cheering for their opponents!
Clinch and Shoot climb up into the ring and it looks like Shoot will start the match against Tharkas! The bell rings and here we go!
ULTIMATE FIGHTERS dominate! Absolutely dominate! DESERTERS never get in any offense.
ULTIMATE FIGHTERS d. THE DESERTERS via submission when Shoot makes Adam Traitor tap out with TAPPED OUT – ****1/2
The crowd cheers wildly as Clinch and Shoot chase THE DESERTERS from the ringside area and then they make circles around the ring giving high fives to the kids and doing their crazy arm movements.
As soon as THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS were clear, the crew began assembling the BARBED WIRE COSMIC CAGE! As they did this, a holo-vision package that chronicled the events leading up to The Betrayer vs. Betrayer match! It detailed Cage Death Betrayer’s split from Dark Menace over not signing the Dark Menace’s Code of Conduct, the appearance of Death Masque Betrayer as a separate entity from Cage Death and then their encounters since then. When the package was over, the cage was assembled.
Death Masque Betrayer dropped to the ring from a cable. Dark Menace was not with him, as Euritar had banned everyone from ringside. Then Cage Death Betrayer came out, his chain in his hand. He circled the ring taunting Death Masque through the bars.
Briefly the camera cut backstage to the Future Shock training room. There, Swarm was standing next to Crossfire and they were both watching a holo-vision monitor showing the two Betrayer down at the ring.
SWARM (shaking his head): Disgusting.
CROSSFIRE: What?
SWARM: This whole Betrayer farce.
CROSSFIRE: Farce? What are you talking about?
SWARM: It’s one guy.
CROSSFIRE: ………..What?
SWARM: These Betrayers. It’s the same guy. One guy plays both Betrayers.
CROSSFIRE: But…how?
SWARM: Don’t be an idiot! It’s one guy!
CROSSFIRE: Wait, you mean like a clone? Because clones suck.
SWARM: No, idiot. Not a clone. What am I saying that doesn’t make sense to you?
CROSSFIRE: Everything. How can two people be the same person.
SWARM: Just look at them! It’s the same guy.
CROSSFIRE: But there’s two people.
Swarm gets mad and punches the wall.
SWARM: No! It’s one guy! I know it is.
CROSSFIRE: How can one guy wrestle himself?!
SWARM: Aaaaaaah! I’m surrounded by idiots! No one gets it! It’s one guy and he’s fooling everyone but he doesn’t fool me! And you know what, I’m not taking it anymore! I’m going to take legal action.
CROSSFIRE: Legal action?
SWARM: Yes! It’s time for something to be done! This is one guy and he’s fooling everyone and I just can’t take it!
CROSSFIRE (looks at the monitor where the Betrayers are shouting each other): But it’s two people.
SWARM: Aaaaaaaaaaaah! That’s it! I’m getting a lawyer. Magnus must know one.
SWARM leaves.
CROSSFIRE (shrugging): Wow. They must have really gotten into his head.
We cut back down to the ring and the door is locked and the bell has sounded on this BARBED WIRE COSMIC CAGE EXILE MATCH!
Cage Death Betrayer, the fan favorite, takes a huge early advantage. He rams Death Masque Betrayer’s head into the barbed wire over and over, but he makes an error in talking too much trash and Death Masque makes a big comeback!
BARBED WIRE COSMIC CAGE EXILE MATCH
(Loser is exiled for the remainder of 2130)
Death Masque Betrayer d. Cage Death Betrayer via escape after hitting DEATH FROM ABOVE – *****
This match was everything the fans had wanted, but it seems they would have preferred a different outcome! Cage Death Betrayer is banished for the rest of 2130, but it looks like he’ll need that time to recoup as he looks seriously injured. Medics tend to him as Death Masque meets up with Dark Menace at ringside. Nitro asked them for a word.
DARK MENACE: I’ve said it over and over and over and over, you don’t mess with the Dark Menace! All Cage Death Betrayer had to do was fall in line and everything would have been fine. He bucked the system and, well, the system bucked back! Look at him there, a bloody mess. (He looks into the camera.) Don’t mess with the Dark Menace. (He looks at NITRO.) And that includes you idiot!
Dark Menace and Death Masque Betrayer leave ringside as the medics take Cage Death Betrayer out on a stretcher.
We now head into our Championship matches and Dark Menace is back out with Coven Black and Mistress of darkness who will challenge for the GWF WOMEN”S CHAMPIONSHIP! As soon as Mistress of Darkness is in the ring, out come the champion Taichi with Lord Nexus! This one is for the gold! And here we go!
Great back and forth match, pretty much the most competitive event we’ve seen all night! It could have gone either way the entire match!
GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Taichi d. Mistress of Darkness via submission with the ARM TRIANGLE – *****
Taichi wins her first title defense, and against the former champion too! She celebrates with Lord Nexus as Dark Menace and Coven Black help Mistress of Darkness to the back.
Out next is Magnus the Magnanimous who rips the mic out of Nitro’s hand.
MAGNUS: People of the GWF. The GALAXY’S FINEST FANS. What you are about to witness is true sportsmanship. For in this next match, Swarm, my latest recruit will take on my other charge Havoc for the INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP! Pay close attention. This…is…wrestling!
Swarm is out to boos, of course. He shakes hands with Magnus and heads to the ring. Then out to more boos is INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION Havoc! He climbs into the ring, they shake hands and the ref calls for the bell!
It is a pretty one sided affair and Swarm really offers up no competition.
INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Havoc d. Swarm via pinfall with COSMIC NIGHTFALL – *****
Havoc stands tall over Swarm, holding the title above his head. Then he looks down and helps Swarm to his feet. Swarm glares at Havoc for a minute and then the two shake. The crowd boos them out of the building but neither seem to care.
The Aethran War Anthem begins to play and the crowd boos The Leveler leads RUSH & TURMOIL towards the ring. They looked ready to regain the GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP. They get in the ring, pumped to fight.
THE IMMORTALS make their way down to ringside with Ghena following behind. They are booed loudly by the crowd but they ignore it. They enter the ring, GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS around their waist. They stare eye to eye with the former champs as the ref collects the belts and preps for the match. Looks like Sur will begin with Turmoil and the bell rings!
This is an all-out brawl from the opening bell! Quick tags in and out, and the rule book goes out the window pretty quick.
GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
THE IMMORTALS d. RUSH & TURMOIL via DQ when Rush brains Sur with a steel chair outside of the ring – *
The fans boo pretty loudly after the bell. They don’t like either team but they were hoping for some good action. The brawl continues, involving all four men, until Ghena and Leveler can separate them. The fans are just going to have live with the DQ finish. Sur and Bex don’t seem too dismayed as it means they retain the championship.
The ring is clear and a slight buzz start building through the arena. It is main event time! There is no empty seat in the arena, yet no one is in their seat. Everyone is standing because they know that this is it! This is the SHOWDOWN!
A fanfare begins and out steps Chaos Supreme with Magnus the Magnanimous! The crowd lets them both have it. Magnus smiles and rubs his hands together, yelling back at the fans yelling at him as they head to ringside. Chaos Supreme looks calm, confident and unaffected by the tension in the air. He climbs into the ring and stands confidently in the center.
A bat or two after this, country music starts playing and in comes Shayne! The roof comes off the place as he makes his way to the ring. He is staring directly at Chaos. The GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP around his waist and his bull rope with the cowbell in his hands. He doesn’t hesitate at all and climbs up into the ring to stand face to face with Chaos Supreme, though he’s a bit shorter. Chaos Supreme’s expression doesn’t change as he looks down at the champion.
The ref pushes them apart and is able to check both for any illegal objects. He shows off the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP off to the crowd as the announcer makes introductions and he makes sure that Shayne’s bull rope is tucked away at the timekeeper’s table.
The bell rings and the crowd lets out a thunderous cheer.
This…is…it!
THE GALAXY IS SHOCKED TO ITS VERY CORE!!!
GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Shayne d. Chaos Supreme via pinfall in THREE MOVES with SHOWDOWN – *
The fans cheer wildly for their hero! Magnus the Magnanimous stands at ringside with his mouth hung wide open! Chaos Supreme sits in the corner, head hung low. Shane grabs the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP high above his head to the cheers of the crowd! He leaves the ring and holds the title up in front of Magnus’ face, then hops the rail to celebrate in the crowd!
What does this mean for Chaos Supreme? What does this mean for Magnus? Is Shayne the most dominant GALAXIAN CHAMPION in recent history?
