MW1.541 – The Reckoning – Night 1 – Arc of Eternity Arena, Arc at the Center of Eternity
Pinnacle has ruled that unlike the ‘uncultured way’ that The Reckoning was run before, this one will focus on wrestling. Therefore, all matches will be contested under regular rules meaning there can be DQs and Countouts.
Isias d. Purge via DQ when Vizir interfered to break up a pinfall – ★★★★
Killer Queen d. Isias via CHECKMATE – ★ – Killer Queen using seemingly using a new arsenal of moves.
Killer Queen d. Taichi via CHECKMATE – ★ – Taichi seemed to be trying out some new moves here as well.
Kralla d. Killer Queen via VILLAINESS BRAINBUSTER – SQUASH – Kralla devastates Killer Queen in minutes in an incredible show of power.
Kralla d. Nakanao Takeko via CENTRA SPINEBUSTER – ★1/2 – Nakano was totally outclassed here. Noting new.
Kralla d. Lady Grand Master via CETRA SPINEBUSTER – ★★★ – Kralla continues to dominate though Lady Grand Master got a few good shots in here.
Catfight d. Kralla via FELINE FURY – ★★★ – Catfight puts a stop to Kralla’s run but got a lot of the fight taken out of her.
Scorn d. Catfight via Quick Draw Kick – ★ – Scorn came to win and win she did, beating Catfight in short order.
Scorn d. Bloody Marry via Western Lasso – ★ – Scorn topples Bloody Marry with speed and smarts.
Scorn d. Bulldoze via DQ when Bulldoze refuses to stop brawling outside the ring – ★ – After the bell, Bulldoze complained that Scorn had used a loaded glove and that’s why she ‘went wild.’ The ref didn’t see any evidence of that so the decision stands.
Scorn d. Helle via DQ after Helle smashed Scorn into the announce table – ★ – Helle was wearing Odin’s Power Ring but that didn’t seem to prevent her from bending the rules.
Before the main event, Storm came out and complained that the refs were stacking the deck against her giving Scorn DQ victories in order to give her a title shot. The ref demanded Storm get into the ring son the title match. She did, reluctantly.
GALAXIAN WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
Scorn d. Storm with a WESTERN LASSO out of nowhere to become the new GALAXIAN WOMEN’S CHAMPION – ★★ – Bulldoze ran out after the bell to argue with the ref along with Storm and A-14. Scorn grabbed the belt and high tailed it out of the Arc.
Scorn has now held the Galaxian Women’s Title a whopping 7 times.
